Zilla Auto Repair Shop in Kingsland, GA texts you photos of every problem and lets you approve each repair line by line. Military discount, same-day service, 24-month warranty.
Most of us know the feeling. You drop your car off, the phone rings a few hours later, and someone tells you it needs a part you have never heard of, for a price you did not expect. You say yes because you have no way to check.
Zilla Auto Repair Shop on Boone Street in Kingsland was built to end that phone call.
You see it before you approve it
Every vehicle that comes in gets a free 40-point inspection with photos, texted straight to your phone. If a brake pad is worn down or a belt is cracked, you see the picture yourself. Then you approve or decline each repair one line at a time, by text. Nothing gets touched without your OK, and anything you decline stays priced for later.
Follow the repair like a package
When your car is checked in, you get a six-character code. Enter it on Zilla's website and you can see exactly where things stand: inspecting, waiting on your approval, in repair, quality check, ready for pickup. No more calling to ask whether it is ready yet.
Built for a military town
With Kings Bay just down the road, Zilla offers a military and first-responder discount on every repair. Most jobs are done the same day, and the work carries a 24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide warranty, so it is covered even if orders send you somewhere else.
Every make, small jobs and big ones
Zilla's ASE-certified technicians work on everything from Toyotas and Fords to BMWs and Mercedes. The work runs from a full synthetic oil change to a complete engine replacement, all with the same photo-first process. The team brings more than 15 years of experience.
